95% would recommend it to a friend
Upon arrival we noticed a broken glass in the car park right opposite the entrance could not be missed.
Still there three days later. Bedroom was OK but furniture flat pack . Bathroom in great need of refurbishment with cracked tiles, dirty grout and mould around shower door, dusty extractor. Public areas grubby, cushions need cleaning, Website photos look great but our rooms were not on there. upon return from our first day out we could see the bedroom had been tidied but not the bathroom. Second day told them not to bother as one of us was ill and stayed in bed till much later in the day. Breakfast was not great first morning did not bother second morning and third morning was OK. There was also a discrepancy of £35.00 between our bill and that of our friends which upset them. Their room was no better than ours and they had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned upon arrival. Very disappointed overall. Definitely not recommended.
Great overnight stop
We stayed at the ty Dderw Inn because it was convenient for a weekend visit to friends close by.
We were very pleased with the accommodation and in particular the size of the double room and bathroom. The food and service were excellent and we have no negative issues with the hotel. The room was a little on the warm side and we had to open a window to cool it down. Great location and sea views from our room.
