100% would recommend it to a friend
I had a really enjoyable stay.
Nothing was too much trouble. My room was a single en suite which was fine for my purposes. It was very clean and the welcome tray was refreshed daily. The food was fabulous one of the best cooked breakfasts I have eaten in a long time. I highly recommend The Hollingworth and will use again on my next visit.
Hospitable stay in a friendly family hotel
I was visiting Lytham St Annes due to a family bereavement.
I had a compassionate welcome email from Mike and Debbie after I emailed about my situation. They were flexible about my checking in time and gave me a double room for the price of a single as it would be more comfortable and they were not full. They were friendly and interested in my situation without being obtrusive. I had a good breakfast and chat with Debbie and met her daughter and granddaughter who was enjoying all the bright Christmas decorations and showing me some of them. I didn't mind as it helped me take my mind off my sad situation. I was able to leave my bags as I went for a walk on the beach - which is just a few minutes walk away. I had a restful stay and slept very well.
