It wd have been useful to be clear on arrival that breakfast had to be ordered, but otherwise a very good stay and a really good local pub atmosphere in the evening

Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay at this pub, the room was large and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the morning breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly, the evening restaurant food was also very good with friendly staff, was surprised to find the restaurant wasnt open on sunday to eat, it was a 15 minute walk into the town along the river which in the good weather we had while there made it an enjoyable walk.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would return again, though would make sure the room is not above the bar as you can hear the noise.
