After travelling 3 1/2 hours from Scotland only one of the 2 rooms were ready.
had to wait further 70 minutes for room. we were given a drinks voucher yet still charged £27.90 from bar staff..the bar was very low stocked and the barman insulted me for being Scottish. At a £140 for each room the treatment was a disgrace. shame on the hilton and customer training will be required before I step foot in another hilton hotel..I feel hilton hotels should refund as a goodwill gesture for the poor service, it put a damper on our way to tenerife. also prices for food and drink also a disgrace..without prejudice.

Checked in after midnight after late flight back to UK.
Lady on reception was very nice indeed. A credit to herself to be truthful. Everything in room looked fine. Quick shower and bed. Next morning, in the cold light of day, was the shocking truth. Coffee splashes on woodwork and floor, a wooden vertical panel entering main area covered in dust. This was shocking for somewhere with the name of Hilton and the cost of a room being over £100 a night. Anyone would expect better. Sorry Hilton but this is very, very disappointing. I did fill in a customer satisfaction card so hopefully this will be looked into.
