Top class place... Until u chose the cheap side haha..
Massive difference in quality of the different rooms for the prices..
highly recommend paying the extra ten or twenty quid for a better . Room. We've been before all is perfect. This time we went cheap for a 1 day break. These are the pub side rooms..u can't hear the noise but the entrance and lack of staff the pubside. Make it feel like 2 different buildings.. The room was very tacky.it had good furniture and beds but The walls looked like they haven't been painted in 4 years and it kinda ruined the entire room .cheaper windows with condensation and a few tiny flaws. . I suppose we did choose the cheap option. .. but high class place let down by a few rooms .. bit of paint and tlc. It be 5/5 .. 3/5 pubside... 5/5 spaside
To say disappointed is an understatement
All wall light fittings dirty and full of cob webs, skirtings and dado rail dusty and dirty, head board wall damp with mildew, desk lamp - whats the point no socket near enough to plug in, move everything from bedside table or move the tv to boil the kettle, bathroom shelf rusty and dirty, bathrobes looked and felt disgusting.
Way overpriced for quality and cleanliness of room. Only one good thing to mention is the restaurant- amazing service and food.
