Standing in its own grounds Ballas Farm Country Guest House is set in eight and a half acres of beautiful pasture and woodland. There are 4 guest bedrooms, 2 are on the ground floor along with the dining room, which seats 10 people and the comfortable lounge for guests. Both these rooms are south facing and look across the fields, and to the Somerset Hills which can be seen in the distance.The very comfortable beds and deluxe en-suites add to your comfort. The family room and a double room are on the first floor. There are no steps on the ground floor.There are picnic tables and chairs in the beautiful gardens for the guests to use.

M4 at J37 - Road: Exit M4 at J37. Take A4229 towards Pyle. At Pyle roundabout take 3rd exit to A48 Bridgend. As the A48 crosses the M4 the road widens into 2 lanes and a filter lane. Take this right hand filter lane across the A48 onto the B road facing you. A small industrial yard is on the left. Take the 1st right after the yard. This is signed as a dead end road. Approximately 400 yards along the lane is Ballas Farm on the right
