The best accomodation we've ever had
It was great.
There were 3 of us and the gave us an apartment. Big room, plenty of space, we felt great there and wanted to stay another day but we had to go home. :)
Breakfast was really big, English breakfast and Continental as well. It was gorgeous. The only problem was some noise from outside as the windows and doors don't seal properly. But heating was on, it was hot inside and it wasn't very noisy outside in the night . I would recommend it to everybody.
Clean, welcoming, genuine family run hotel, friendly staff and awesome breakfast.
Very easy to get to from motorway, on site parking and five minutes to tram station, so no having to drive into the city centre.
Would absolutely recommend :-)
Great value for money
Great value for money in lovely premises, operated by very friendly people.
Great overnight stay at the West Lynne Hotel
We were struggling to find accommodation in Manchester for the weekend at a reasonable price.
The West Lynne was ideal. Nice welcome, reasonable rooms - nothing fancy but the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty, plentiful and at a great price. I would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. Easy taxi ride into city centre which was only 4 miles away.
West Lynne Hotel/Apartments
Staff were incredibly helpful but the noise from the road and lack of air conditioning in the room lead to little sleep.
However, that aside the hotel was clean the staff couldn't be more helpful and the room was of good quality, the breakfast was of a good standard too.

Great stay very friendly staff
Room was great no complaints.
Very friendly staff
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us to figure out how to get around Manchester.
The room was well looked after but didn't boast much and there was some damage on the bathroom door.
We booked a family room as we were going on a university trip the next morning. The room was very clean beds fresh and comfortable. The hotel is on a busy road so there was traffic noise but we did not find it a problem and slept well.
The dinning room was quiet in the morning and breakfast which cost £6.95 per person was very nice. A good budget hotel no toiletries in bathroom, I took my own hair dryer. There were tea and coffee facilities in room but we did not use them.
A bit of a gem!
So glad I found this lovely hotel, which will be used again if visiting Manchester.
5 minutes from the tram, the staff were friendly, informative and the bar stayed open late. The beds very comfortable and the breakfast hearty. The only issue I had was that we ran out of toilet paper!
