The room was infested with bugs.

There were no noise standards at all. no option for a room smaller than 8 beds. there was no one at reception to complain to in the evenings about bug problem.

Worst place in the world

in a 12 dorm room full of snoring guys.

Stuck of body odour, hot and stuffy. people talking loudly on phone outside door, people coming in and out of room all through night. shower room had wasp infestation, dirty disgusting place would of had a better sleep in my car. Its the cheapest place for a reason.

Very rude night staff, why have a job if you don't like it.

Can't really complain for the price

Having not stayed in hostels for a few years, I booked this one due to price at the last minute.

For this purpose, it was perfectly fine. The reception area was pleasant, with free wi-fi, a pool table and a bar. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and knowledgable about the area. The rooms were fairly typical for a hostel - nothing special but the beds were comfortable and the temperature of the room was fine. The location was also very convenient and easy to find from the station. Only negative comments were a lack of any place to put valuables (e.g. a secure phone-charging slot or a shelf by each bed for personal items) and it also might have been nice as a single female traveller to have advance warning that I was booking a bed in an otherwise all-male dorm.
