enjoyable stay
Wanted somewhere close to the university and this didn't disappoint. Nice location overlooking the park. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect for what we needed. Good value for a two night stay.

let down
Not somewhere to stay as a family, it was at the weekend that I stayed here and I found it noisy with loud voices heard clearly from downstairs with some colourful language being used.
The young man who eventually came to reception to let me check in was sullen and unhelpful-not the best advert for the hotel...perhaps there was a staffing issue.
