Small Family Room

The hotel itself was pleasant enough - but the family room (executive suite) was very small.

Four of us were booked to stay in it, but there were only robes, cups and toiletries for 2 people. No bedding on the very uncomfortable sofa bed - which we had to request 3 times and then ended up making ourselves. Thankfully we were only staying for 2 nights, as the room wouldn't have been large enough to accommodate our belongings for any longer than that. As a side note, car parking. The hotels car park is inadequately small and you have to park in an NCP car park a 5 minute walk away. This adds £10 a day onto your stay.

Family room on the small side

We stayed as a family of four with two young children under 8.

Once the sofa beds were out, they wasn't much space to manouvre especially when we arrived with the beds out. I didn't like the separate small toilet without a wash basin which was very inconvenient. Besides that, the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was a little squeeze, from the car park, elevators to the bedrooms. Excellent location though.
