it was within walking distance for train station, had my son and his wife with us and they said the same. lovely clean and friendly place and they would go back and take their friends.
Easy walking distance to attractions and tram stops.
Staff friendly. Only thing to complain about is the sash window in room 4 was broken so had to find something to prop it open as weather was very warm. (Had to use one of my toiletry bottles). Great breakfast set you up for the day.
