poor quality

I was so sorry to note that you were disappointed with your recent stay at the hotel. As a small independent hotel guest comfort and satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and as it is unclear exactly what the issues were that made you unhappy if you would like to contact me direct I would be very pleased to discuss the matter in more detail.

Good but....

Lovely room with great sea views.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bed very comfortable. BUT my husband could get nothing but tepid water from the shower in the morning. When we phoned reception to ask for help we were told that noone else was having a problem and to try again. We had to ask someone to come to our room as water was now completely cold. I was given a key for another room with an electric shower. When settling our bill we were told that people in other rooms who shared the water tank with us had obviously been doing "crazy things like having baths" and had used all the hot water. We weren't offered a discount for all the inconvenience. A lovely hotel but don't go for rooms 1-4 if you want a shower.
