Baby friendly staff were a hit
Arriving at midnight with lost luggage and a seven month old baby in tow, the service we received was top class.
We were offered food, nappies and toiletries, and every time reception saw our baby they gave her a new toy, which you can imagine went down well. The reception and dining room staff were all excellent, and looked after us constantly, and we're happy for a weaning baby to feed herself. We hope she didn't make too much mess....
Great for an overnight in Edinburgh
Though the hotel is perfectly situated with onsite parking and great transport links into the city centre.
Tram and train stations just next to it. Hotel was very relaxing. Room comfortable and atmosphere in the bar great for what we wanted. Bar prices are also reasonable for Edinburgh.
