the outside is very impressive but long queues at reception with only one man trying to deal with all customers.
when we asked him to book a taxi for us he said we had to do it ourselves. paid £10 each for a breakfast that was a total waste of money. all buffet trays were empty with everyone having to wait in a queue. no clean cups for tea and coffee. tables cluttered. we had to clear a table ourselves and ask for cutlery. staff standing around talking and not helping customers at all. we spoke to a quite a few people who were all disappointed .no management. sorry but wont be back.
