Great price and very convenient for Victoria station.
I had an early flight and with Victoria station and the Gatwick Express only being 5min walk away this was ideal.
Great price for the location, clean and nice enough.
Whilst the room was clean, the TV didn't work properly, the wifi didn't work and when I checked they said it was due to high demand (at 9pm) however, as I couldn't sleep due to noises in the next door room, I tried the wifi at 4am and still couldn't connect!!
Convenient and value for money
Close to Victoria coach and train station and value for money (included breakfast although we didn't eat it).
Helpful staff - even with a late night request. Room was very small and warm even in November but did what it needed to.
Hot place to avoid
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but that's all the positive.
It was very expensive for what we got. Breakfast was poor (jam on white toast). The room was tiny and very very hot... And very loud noise from the heater or the ventilation... Over all it wasn't a very nice place to stay at all.
Good value but.....
A last minute stay and, to be fair, it met my requirements.
Basic but clean with simple continental breakfast (limited choice). Was on top floor and some may find that too difficult. Was also kept awake by severe knocking of heating/radiator through the night; was going to tell staff in the morning but he was on phone when I left and wasn't in a position to listen. Fair value but I wouldn't stay again if I had a choice.
Don't usually stay anywhere at the cheaper end of the market, but as the wife was away and I was travelling alone I booked in at the Jubilee Hotel for just £ 47 including breakfast.
Room was small as expected, but was clean and tidy. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was good, toast with cereals and yoghurts etc. No full English of course, not at that price. Overall a pleasant stay and for a short duration a decent place to stay for the price.
Great Hotel for it's price.
But bed's for a single person could have been bigger as I kept on falling out. At least I had earplugs with me as it's noisy, with sounds from the street and rest of hotel. Breakfast wasn't that good either. No HOT breakfast, just toast and cornflakes, and the coffee wasn't of great quality either. Oh and no free Wi-Fi. Location of hotel being near Victoria station was good though.
Hotel Jubilee - Not my cup of tea!
I paid £105.00 to stay at the Jubilee Hotel for two nights, and was quite disappointed with my accommodation.
I was given a room on the ground floor that was right opposite the dining room and there was no privacy, between my room and the dining room. I was constantly disturbed in the morning with the noise of other guest eating their breakfast. The room was tiny and the walls and curtains were dirty although the bed surprisingly was quite comfortable. I had to share a tiny bathroom which was down a flight of stairs from my bedroom, so was not convenient as I am one to use the bathroom 2-3 times during the night. This accommodation is over priced for what it offers. I would not use it again.
Excellent value where could you stay for this price in central London, walking distance from Westminster.
Basic but very clean and staff friendly and helpful.
Interesting little bolt hole
I enjoyed my stay.
We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and the day staff were helpful and forthcoming with suggestions and tips. However, the staff who work are night are very unfriendly and can be quite rude. The breakfast is fair enough, although it can be a bit of a squeeze as there are lots of families eating throughout the morning. The room was quite nice and manageable. The kettle in our room was a welcome addition as it meant we were able to warm up after a long walk through London city centre.
