Great location
Good accommodation and two minute walk from DLR. Very helpful staff who sorted out a problem very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Canary Wharf - "Fab-u-lous, Darling!!"
Could not fault the Hilton Canary Wharf as the perfect choice for our New Year's Eve celebration venue.
Booked a Junior Suite (505) which gives Executive Lounge access. Room very spacious and immaculately clean - view from 5th floor slightly drab but view from Executive Lounge more than made up for it.
Arrived for in time for delicious afternoon tea in Executive Loubge and the returned there for drinks and canapés before heading out to NYE Fireworks - hotel ideally located for Jubilee line and DLR. Open bar and great food made an excellent start to our evening - option was available to return to lounge at 11.45pm to view the fireworks with drinks and more canapés until 12.30am which was a lovely touch.
The staff in the lounge were exceptional and the service top notch. That said the reception staff, concierge and housekeeping were also a credit to the hotel.
All in all a brilliant stay and one we will definitely repeat.

Hilton London Canary Wharf
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room, great location but most of all, the welcome from all throughout our stay was the real winner.

not quite the Hilton experince
I often use Hilton Hotels as they generally offer consistency and reasonable value in the middle to upper end of the chain hotels. This hotel was as expected other than they are really not geared up for a busy breakfast period. They have signs saying it will be busy, I am not sure why they cannot just find a better system i.e. a second hot buffet. (Also, it is not as convenient for the O2 arena as the distance might suggest.

Arrived at the hotel at 3. 15pm. Check in was smooth with friendly staff to greet us upon arrival. Upgraded to a larger room which was clean and tidy. Food was to a good standard with plenty of choice for the inclusive breakfast.
Only downside was the fact that the hotel only had 26 car parking spaces which were distributed on a first come basis.

Good business hotel, great location
Good, clean, new, hotel. Comfortable.
Wifi signal could be better - the usual hotel wifi signin and disconnection issues present.
