good value stop over near airport
Room was clean & quiet.
Staff were helpful. Pick up service is useful however it would have been useful to get a bit more info on this such as: type of bus to look out for (several types of buses & mini buses stop at stop9), how much tge service costs & more importantly there is apparently a freephone at the stop (I ended up calling reception 3 times from my mobile, when this info could have been given to me in one call). Minibus driver was great & very helpful. There seemed to be a prob with hot water the night I stayed & mattress was v saggy. Apart from that, room was clean & quiet.
Clean comfortable room
We selected this location based on price and rating.
We were looking for a nights stay only as we were flying out the next morning. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with tea and instant coffee. We asked for more coffee and milk at the front desk, received it with no delay. We had dinner at the restaurant and chose a dish to share, great value for money.

It is probably a good value for money place but the customer service was non existing.
So after a hard days work you don't want to waste time in the reception here.
Comfortable, clean and all the necessities required for a short stay.
Would recommend this hotel.
Good quality at cheap price
Booked at last minute prices and found it to be fine.
Only comment would be that the temperature controlled heating by the door did not work but they had put an efficient electric fire in the room so it was not a problem.
This hotel is what is, a cheap place to stay.
the hotel doubles up as an Indian restaurant for the local area. Which I might add is not told to you when you book . If parking your car here on a pre -paid voucher ask them to not move the car because in the rooms it says on an information sheet **"Any damage or theft from the cars are at the owners risk" even when they ask to take your keys **. This is something the days in hotel group need to check out. The car park where they relocate your cars are bumper to bumper so check your cars before you leave and then again on arrival. on a plus note the bar man is very pleasant but over worked, it seemed he is the barman & waiter.
This hotel is a shame they treat you like muck in their shoe and when you complain they do nothing
This has been the most worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff are rude and very dishonest, damage peoples cars, the food is disgusting and the whole management is very poor and rude.
they would rather argue with you and tell you its your fault than fix the problem you have. I cant believe they have not been shut down. they wedge all the fire doors open with towels and trolleys which is highly illegal and they know it is but they choose to continue putting everyone's life in danger. there was no hot water in 2 of the rooms we stayed in and in the third we had to wait half hour for the hot water to come through. they said this was perfectly normal, they then told me there is over 70 rooms they cant all have hot wate. when I wrote a complaint about this, the reply I got back was its not their fault, it was mine and they said they knew no knowledge of any complaint. in the future I will read all the reviews before I book and not just what the cheapest rate is. ruined the new year holiday!
Horrendous customer service!
Blind wouldn't go down in room so after sending someone up who couldn't fix it, had to wait almost an hour before I rang reception to find out what was happening (this was around midnight).
I was told there was nothing they could do, so we had to be woken up early the following morning with light blazing in our eyes. It was the lack of customer focus that upset me the most as the staff clearly just did not care about our needs.
