Wifi failure spoiled it for me
Arrived at the hotel Sunday evening for an early flight from T5 the following day. Had booked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the fact that it has free wifi as I needed to work ahead of my Monday meetings. Couldn't log on to the internet when I got to my room so called reception and was told that their connection had failed that morning and it was unlikely to be restored. No mention of this when I checked in and paid for the room though and the duty manager said he could not offer me any kind of refund. In the end I left an hour earlier the next morning so I could use the wifi at the airport. Not impressed!
The corridor on the first floor had a peculiar smell although the room was ok. Curtains were very grubby. Looked as though someone had doused them with coffee.

Arora Hotel Heathrow
The hotel was good, the room was pleasant but it was noisy as it was situated near the lifts! The food was expensive and not much of it!
I will not stay there again.

Superb hotel!
The Arora is the best hotel I've stayed at in London for a very reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. The staff were great and very helpful. I even preferred it to Hiltons I've stayed at. Close to Heathrow, there are plenty of free public buses right outside the door as well as regular terminal hoppers. Arora will be my choice of hotel in the future for sure. Thank you to everyone there for their help and consideration.
