Customer Service

The Hotel itself is wonderful, rooms nice and spacious and well decorated.

Beds very comfortable, room a little too warm even with Aircon.

The service however, was a little lacking. We had put our order for breakfast (to our room) when we got in at 12:30 am ( we were told it had to be put on the door before 3am) Our Breakfast was due at 7am as we had a conference to get to. 7:30 came and still NO breakfast. I checked our door and the form was still on our door. I went down to reception and was told the the form wasn't out before 3am (it was) Anyway, we got our breakfast and it was cold at £15 per person that is not what you expect. Again i mentioned this to them and they deducted £5 off our bill. £10 for a late and cold breakfast is still not acceptable in my opinion. The staff, didn't really seem to care. Hotel beautiful, however, let down by staff and food.

Please accept my apologies for the experience you had on the morning of your departure. I have spoken with our Front office team about ensuring that all breakfast cards are collected. I have also scheduled customer service training with the team as things do go wrong at times and it is important that we resolve the problems and make it right which we did not do in your case.

I have refunded your card the complete cost of Breakfast as well as the upgrade that you paid as a gesture of good will.

Once again please accept my apologies. I hope that you will give us a second chance and choose us again in the future.
