Excellent Value for Single Travellers
Reception staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Accommodation was modern and absolutely spotless. The kitchenette was perfect providing everything needed to self cater if required including fridge, microwave (combination type with grill function), kettle, toaster, double electric hob and ample crockery and cutlery . Washer/dryer was exceptionally quiet and washing tablets were supplied for a single wash. Bathroom modern and shower had good water pressure. Exceptionally quiet surroundings considering the accommodation is so close to Heathrow airport. One small niggle, the studio was directly opposite one other studio and sound insulation was not brilliant as the occupant was clearly conducting business around the world which included making and receiving telephone calls during the early hours. Not a huge problem but it did make for a fairly interrupted sleep during each night. Overall however, the accommodation was far superior to many hotels I have stayed at within the area and reception staff were certainly friendlier than in many (although not all) hotels in the vicinity.

It was so clean, fresh, and very homely!!. We arrived 2 hours earlier and asked whether we could check in, the lady who served us was amazing!. So helpful kind and caring and had such amazing communications skills. The room was explained and once entering the apartment, it was exactly what was described. Could not fault how beautiful this was, the bed was so comfy, cleanliness was on point. Fantastic!!
