Ok, but dated.
Nice view if I could have seen through the condensation on the window. Not being able to log into wifi is a deal breaker for me, (with iphones or ipads in a no signal blackspot, waitress said she had never been able log in with an iphone!). 1 star for food is mainly for what was on offer. As vegetarians we had to go out to find an evening meal, the BH had one choice, risotto, which I hate. Breakfast was the usual and ok. Paid £59 for a double per night, for two nights, which is good but wouldn't want a longer stay here.
Our weekend at Bryn Howel
Think someone should have fixed the toilet seat before we arrived.
It was ready to fall off but my husband fixed it. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and we couldn't get the lock to work on the door. The staff did very patiently explain, but still couldn't figure it out by the time we left. They were the only negative things. However, the positive things. We have stayed here before and every member of staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast. The young lady moved our breakfast things so we could sit by the window and look at the beautiful gardens . I always feel so relaxed in this hotel. And the price we got it off laterooms was wonderful. Will definitely return, even if the price is dearer.
