About the hotel
The Adams family & their staff extend a warm welcome to guests at the Carradale Hotel. Set in its own private garden, with views across to the Isle of Arran, this 3 star hotel has comfortable en-suite bedrooms all individually decorated, with satellite television plus tea & coffee making facilities & free wi-fi. A comfortable residents lounge with log fire, library & chess table leads to the candlelit restaurant where guests enjoy a modern Scottish menu imaginatively prepared with local seafood a priority.
The hotel lounge bar which serves the conservatory, deck areas & pretty garden offers relaxed & cosy surroundings with leather sofas & oak flooring. Guests can enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea with home baking or relax with a glass of wine. A wide selection of drinks, including local ales & malts can be enjoyed & draught and bottled beers are also available. The extensive bar menu for lunch or evening service also provides light bites & snacks. Guests can dine outdoors if they so choose. A children's menu is also available & all dietary requirements can be met. The cosy public bar has a pool table and dart board and full Sky television coverage, ideal for those rainy days. Carradale Hotel is adjacent to the Carradale Golf Course and clubs are available for hire. For more information about golf in the area visit our golfing page. Cycle routes and walks for all abilities can be enjoyed around Carradale with beach, coastal & woodland trails. A section of the Kintyre Way Long Distance Walk runs through Carradale. The village has several shops, a Heritage Centre and small riding stable. There is also a Goldsmiths workshop with beautiful craft work for sale.
