Very dated and dirty
The bathroom was so dated it could never be cleaned properly, the sofa bed mattress was very badly stained and my daughter fell through the mesh of the bed, not helped by the poor insulation and the elephant staying upstairs practicing for a marathon.
The restaurant offered chicken Caesar salad like no other a chicken breast on gem lettuce leaves no dressing, parmesan or anchovies so chicken and lettuce really the speciality sausages were just processed and insipid. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed at!. Chosen as what appeared to be the only alternative in the area to a Travelodge so wrongly assumed a good standard.

The hotel, grounds and suite we stayed in was amazing. I can not fault anything. The suite we stayed in was the Marigold and I found it delightful, the sitting room was massive and allowed a separate place to relax. The facilities were great and I can't thank the staff for their hospitality and the service they deliver is very high. Would definitely stay again.
