Committed to creating delicious food of the highest standard, they use fresh seasonal produce that has been locally sourced wherever possible. Indeed, the chef and his term personally grow many of the herbs and vegetables themselves. To complement the imaginative menu, the restaurant offers a contemporary selection of wines from around the world. Furthermore the Atrium Bar, located opposite La Brasserie, is the perfect place for a pre-dinner or after dinner drink and serves a wide variety of beverages, cocktails and liqueurs, whilst the Viewing Gallery Golf Lounge serves delicious snacks and lighter meals in a relaxed atmosphere during the day.
