Really cannot recommend this place highly enough, we received a warm welcome upon arrival and were thrilled with the stunning location, the character of the house, the relaxing feel of the room with a view, and the warm welcome from Arnie and Sharon who were just the perfect hosts.
We will be back hopefully sooner rather than later as we succumbed to the elements on our last day at the start of Striding Ridge, and are itching to have another crack.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else after unearthing this gem of a B&B.
Thanks for a fabulous stay.

We would stay there again
We were made to feel very welcome by Sharon and Arnold right from the start with a refreshing cup of tea and biscuits on arrival.
Our room was well appointed and very clean with the added bonus of free wifi. The guest house is well situated, north of Keswick but within easy reach of the Lakeland fells. We were offered excellent advice about where to take our evening meal. There was a wide range of fare offered for breakfast. I did not regret my choice of the full Cumbrian breakfast which was tasty and filling.
