Pleasant Stay in a very friendly atmosphere and surroundings
A lovely place to stay all staff we met were pleasant and efficient, nothing was too much trouble to any of them.
Good Food enjoyes at breakfast and dinner when we took dinner in the evening. Great range of real ales ciders, and a bonus of a Beer and Cider Festival which we unfortunately could not stay for. Lovely to meet Jim and his team. Many Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
Surprised to realise breakfast not included in the price (continental £8.00 more per couple, nearly £14 for English breakfast).
Did not think it value for money at the (room only) price charged. Biggest annoyance was noise from the bar beneath which only ended when I went down stairs at midnight to complain.
