Very comfortable and great value for money.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable but customers should be aware that this is chalet accommodation and not a hotel.

Check in instructions were clear on the booking confirmation which I failed to read, so it took me a while to find out where I needed to go as it is not near the chalets but this was entirely my fault. The room had two large double beds, a tv, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. No food available on site but the very friendly helpful young lady who checked me in directed me to a lovely pub in the next village where I had a very nice meal. I would definitely stay there again as much surroundings and cheaper than the centre of Woking however I would not recommend this for anyone who was not traveling by car.

Better than expected for Bisley Camp.

St George's Lodge is significantly better then the typical primitive accommodation normally found on Bisley Camp.

The room and bedding were clean, the d├ęcor in the bedroom was in very good order and everything worked. The bathroom needed some maintenance to sealant, grout, floor covering but the essentials were functional. If L&M wanted to improve the offer it should consider installing a bigger bed, co-ordinated furniture and give the exterior a major clean down to show off the white paint a bit better. It might consider a better shower system so that when a neighbouring room guest takes a shower at some ridiculous hour in the morning it doesn't sound like a train thundering through all the other rooms adjacent to it. Overall, very much better than I had expected, and the L&M rep was very helpful and welcoming.
