Outstanding stay

Everything we asked of the staff and resturant was catered for with a smile, the only fall down was the free wifi, this was not the fault of the hotel more "The cloud"

Could do better!!

We were disappointed by the little things that let this fab location hotel down.

The main one being very poor lighting. I can understand businesses going green to save energy and using low wattage bulbs but this was gloomsville in the accommodation area. The stairs, lobby and landings were poorly lit to the degree that an elderly friend misjudged the bottom of the stairs and fell bruising herself badly. During the evening and following morning of our stay none of the staff we saw seemed to be as old as thirty. A good handyman could have done wonders for this hotel. Loose taps , broken blinds and the wrong bulbs to name a few things.
