Welcome to the Pavilion Hotel, Southend. A comfortable guest house situated in Southend's conservation area, and Southend's most beautiful seaside location. Close to Southend's famous Cliffs Pavilion theatre, cliff gardens, esplanade, Southend pier, Adventure Island and casinos.
Please note if you have difficulty in parking please ask our staff for assistance. Conveniently situated to Southend, Westcliff shopping centres and railway stations. Room was tiny was and badly furnished, bathroom and toilet were seperate from each other (needs modernising) and there is a broken window on the outside.
It was generally clean and the breakfast was decent.
