A stylish detached two storey lodge with full Self-Catering facilities in the central uphill area of Historic Lincoln. A detached self contained private pad perfect for short stays exploring the city or longer durations for study or work.

Completed & newly furnished for 2013 the Lodge offers a high quality home just five minutes walk from the historic quarter of Lincoln including Steep Hill voted Britain's best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The unique lodge has been cleverly designed to offer open plan living downstairs with steel spiral staircase leading to a large double bedroom with front juliet balcony window.

The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a lovely, large 18ft open plan ground floor living room with 32" HD Flat screen TV, DVD player with DVD selection. The ground floor also features a fully equipped fitted Kitchen with fridge, Hob & oven, WC and double cubicle Shower. Quality towels and bed linen provided, hairdryer, Ironing board & iron. Free WIFI with dedicated router for strong connection.

The first floor features a comfortable King sized bed with clock radio & iPod 4 docking station. Check in is between 4.00pm and 9.30pm, check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

Self service continental breakfast is provided with fresh milk & assorted cereals, bread, butter, fruit preserves, fruit juice, croissants, yoghurt and tea/coffee making facilities.

For those wishing to dine out, there are over a dozen excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, also nearby: laundrette, off licence, post office, pharmacy, butchers, bakers, general stores, gift shops and boutiques, antique shops and art galleries, hairdressers, florists, award winning fish and chip shop, takeaways and deli.

Local attractions: being centrally located you can walk to the following within 5 to 10 minutes:
Lincoln Castle, Castle square, Lincoln Cathedral, Museum of Lincolnshire life, The Collection, Ellis Mill, Steep Hill, The Bail gate, Usher Gallery, Jew's House, Jew's Court, Magna Carta exhibition centre. Lincoln Medieval Bishop's Palace, Bishop Grosseteste University.

15 to 20 minutes:
Lincoln Railway Station, Brayford Pool, Odeon Cinema, Central shopping area and High street, Lincoln Drill Hall.

Parking - unrestricted public on road parking is normally available in the small Cul-de-sac directly behind the lodge, or you can also park on the left hand side of Wilson Street without restriction.
