Escape to the peace and quiet of a lovely home beside the ducks and away from the noise of city life

Wonderfully welcoming.

Room exceptionally clean and nicely appointed with comfortable bed, superior tea and coffee options and plenty of storage space. Only difficulty was being unable to open the window at night which resulted in poor sleep. However John demonstrated opening it in the morning. It had been stiff but not impossible. Our fault for assuming it was painted shut!

Beautiful little guesthouse

Tucked away by the Kinnessburn on a quiet terrace.

Perfect for relaxing in this charming B&B run by the friendly and helpful John. Comfy, clean, well decorated, good food. Would stay again
