Great Time!!

Overall we had a really enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and well looked after. Food was really tasty and plenty of it. The only thing we were disappointed with was although we took a secure dog cage we were not allowed to leave our dog in the room whilst we ate breakfast. He had to be kept in the car which would of not been appropriate if the weather had been really hot & would put us off staying in the summer. Overall a nice weekend and would stay again in the cooler months.

Very helpful hosts, immaculately clean, good location

Had a great stay in a double room traveling with a friend for a weekend.

Brain and Barbara were very helpful and organised and nothing was too much trouble. We drove down with bikes which was stored in their garage. Practicalities for guests were all considered with a detailed guest book with lots of information about the area, maps, local amenities. Very handy was a common fridge as well in hallway for guests to store items. Breakfast was served very fresh on hot plates and of good quality. This is a good place to stay for those who want easy access to the road to quickly get to the sea, and other towns in new forest southern and central. We visited sway, brockenhurst, milford-on-sea, lymington, beaulieu in just 2 days. Only comment would be poor wifi connectivity in room, and it may not appeal to those who want a proptery situated on open farmland views/setting. This was a perfect stay for us and recommend to similar travellers.
