Would recommend this Guest House
Guest house located easily with plenty of parking on site.
The owners were ever so friendly happy to help, great service asking if any special dietary requirements. I only needed the room for one night but traveling alone if I needed longer I would have felt happy here. Very clean, had double bed , tea/coffee in room , bathroom very clean and bed comfortable. (only down side tv was small but guess we are so used to bigger screens). Guest house situated 2 min walk from local shops, including:- bank, pubs, Restaurant 's indian, chippy, tapas to name a few, local food stores but also big tesco supermarket 5mins walk. I took short drive into Bristol 15/20mins, other travel is by train and the station right by the guest house you so can catch train into Bristol/Bath or travel on buses which seem to run very often.
Happy with my stay, cannot comment on the cook breaky as I only had cereal however from what I saw it looked nice and dining area clean. It was nice to stay slightly outside of the main city but great for a base to travel around area etc. I will be coming to Manor Lodge again.
