although advertised as licensed, there was no bar or residents lounge.
handy for all public transport, beaches and town shops.
Nice place, very friendly hosts.
Quiet street, rooms very well ventilated. Great full English breakfast.
Stayed in 3 different places (Coventry, Colwyn Bay, Bristol) in our four day trip and this was the cheapest (for 4 adults) and the best place of those.
