Originally our home was three terraced cottages, which have been converted into one, rather individual house and has been our home since 1986. There are five bedrooms, all en-suite, with colour televisions, radio and hairdryer plus a well stocked tea and coffee tray. All rooms have double beds, and the two larger rooms also have a single bed, so can be used as twin or family rooms. Two rooms can be let as single rooms if required. One of the double rooms is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. One room now has a kingsize bed and also full size bathroom. From Peaks to Dales to Caverns, Pretty thatched cottages to Majestic stately homes, Steam trains to Boating lakes, Rolling green fields to Rocky crags, Rivers to Streams and Babbling Brooks. We are also only a few minutes walk from the Tissington Trail, an old disused railway line for walking and cycling (we have secure storage for your cycles too. ) Whether you want to drive, or ride, walk or climb, cycle or sail, All are on offer in our beautiful Peak District Countryside. Breakfast is served in our dinning room overlooking the garden. individual tables to enjoy your breakfast of local produce plus home made jam and marmalade. there is a small sitting room for guests to relax in or watch TV.

Very enjoyable stay, breakfast very good, even though we had the smallest bedroom there was ample room.
Only small moan but nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom,.
Nice B&B - handy for Ashbourne
A very pleasant bed and breakfast.
The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. It is right in the centre of Ashbourne but it was still quiet and the bed was cosy.
