Good value,great location
A clean, comfortable room overlooking the promenade in Aberystwyth with great views across to the pier and Cardigan Bay.
The bathroom was a bit too small for comfort, although this could be improved by re-positioning of suite. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were flat and past their best. The breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were very helpful and anxious to please.
Bedroom was great.
The view of the sea and promenade was fantastic. The breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The shower was good, hot water and lots of pressure. But the problem with this hotel is space. The bedroom was big enough but the bathroom was tiny - a galley bathroom, the width of the shower cubicle. Maybe a sliding door would be better. The decoration in the room was good but some of the furniture was shabby particularly the chairs. Finally, a suggestion: there were some lovely pictures on the wall of flowers etc. But, it would be really cool to have photos of Aberystwyth and Ceredigion.
