100% would recommend it to a friend
I had the largest room in the house and it was like having a house to myself.
Lovely garden and private conservatory made it easy to rest up and recharge. Access to the washing machine and a rack to dry clothes on in the conservatory were also very helpful. The hostess and her staff were friendly and helpful. There is a chinese takeaway 20m from the front door and a Tesco express about 5 min walk away. This B&B provides a good balance between privacy, independence and service.
Perfect for a business traveller
I stayed here whilst on business and found this little gem online.
It is absolutely perfect for any business traveller who needs a quick bite to eat, a drink and bed. There are no bars/pubs nearby (or not that I found), however with a takeaway just over the road and Tesco express a little further down the road it was perfect for my needs. You are given full use of the kitchen and dining room during your stay so that was handy for my take-away. It has a great conservatory to the rear with a few tables and chairs for a cheeky smoke or alfresco dining. The room its self was immaculately decorated and the bed was very comfy. I banged my head a few times as I was in the attic/loft conversion and I'm 6" 3", but I tend to do that at home aswell. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.
