Clean, friendly and charming
A great little hotel run very well.
Don't be put off with the reception though. It amounts to a small counter and a computer screen and I walked past it on my way in. I was a wedding guest the following day and the staff could t be more helpful. The food was excellent and service top class. I'd definitely stay here again.
Needs a revamp in some areas
Staff were polite and helpful.
Some of the decor was quite dated and unappealing. The shower over the bath is really not great in terms of ease of use and the inadequate shower screen lets a lot of water spill to the floor. The bedroom was large and clean. Well stocked bar, the breakfast was very good. Nice grounds.
