About the hotel
Bostrase is a cosy 4* B&B, so very different to a 4* Hotel. Being a cottage, our rooms are not huge. It's all about our large comfy beds with fresh cotton bed linen.
Most rooms have en-suite facilities, with ground floor option. Rooms have broadband, Freeview TV, DVD and USB port. They also have a 'quiet' fridge, with fresh milk, hot drink making facilities and hair dryer. When available, the ground floor room, is ideal for anyone, with a registered assistance dog and is conveniently located to the dining area and garden room. It is well suited for those with limited mobility, however not of a size to accommodate a wheelchair. As far as we know, Bostrase is the only B&B to have a twin room with Theraposture beds, that can be adjusted electronically to suit your best sleeping position. There is relaxed seating in the heated garden room, beside the dining room, to hide away and read magazines, a good book or even to have a snooze and wifi available in public areas. The mature gardens and orchard have various seating areas, perfect to sit and relax with a glass of wine, or a bottle of beer, weather permitting. Our chickens and ducks are free range, please drive carefully! We also have three cats and one large lazy Newfoundland, who spend most of their time sleeping. Although we are on the outskirts of Hayle, we recommend, that you have your own transport. Please note, a cooked breakfast menu for 8. 30 a. m. is available from April to the end of September. From October to the end of March, various cereals, juice, tea, coffee and toast, is available between 7:00am and 9:00am. This is because, Matt changes from Chef to chief Builder and Decorator for the cooler months. Rooms priced accordingly.

Hidden Cornish Gem
A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing time spent at Bostrase.
The bed was big with crisp white bed linen and a mattress and pillows that devoured you with comfort.
Breakfast is delicous and plentiful. The big surprise is the dining experience round the custom made table with all the guests and the hosts Boo & Matt. Lots of good conversation and banter ensues. Definitely a hidden Cornish Gem.
