Room lovely, food good & people friendly.
Lovely room but ...
Room was lovely.
Although it was absolutely freezing we went to the local asda to get jumpers because it was so cold.
We were told it would heat up but I didn't heat up at all.
When booking and paying over the phone nobody advised us that you need to book dinner in advance so we ended up not getting dinner and we weren't allowed to take food to the room.
The bed was lovely and the view was perfect for a nice calm over night stay but the room temperate really let it down because we spent the night absolutely freezing.
In the morning we went for breakfast at 9 and there was such a racket of rock music blaring at 9 am on a Sunday morning so it was a bit off putting when you have just woke up.
The waitress was absolutely lovely though she really made us feel comfortable.
