An inn full of character and excellent service

Thanks to Late Rooms we got a great deal for this quirky place.

Magic turret room overlooking the pier and sea - could have sat there all day. Quiet luxury and excellent service. Breakfast contained a feast of different cheeses, meats, home made marmalade, muesli and granola, freshly stewed fruit, yoghurt plus the usual English breakfast. Dinner was good, with dishes well thought out. As vegetarians we were very happy with what was on the menu. Nice wine. If you want something more casual at the other side of the building there is a café. Bar is well stocked, with locals mixing in.

Room 7

This room has excellent views from the balcony and the sea can be seen from the very spacious bed.

Bathroom has double sinks, shower and bath with views out to sea. There is plenty of storage space and seating, but the room would benefit greatly from the addition of a small coffee table. A great hotel with good access to many attractions, there is also a first class Indian restaurant next door worth a visit if you like Indian food.
