About the hotel
The Talbot has been welcoming guests for over 400 hundered years, with its black and white timbered front, the oldest part dating back to around 1550. We have six and a half character bedrooms offering a high standard of comfort. Free WIFI is available. There is limited onsite parking, other parking nearby. Plenty of room for bikes and muddy boots Herefordshire. Known as England's Most Rural County". Room and breakfast up to usual high standard, but housekeeping rather random.
On the first morning, I opened a soap for a shower. During the day the half-used soap was removed and not replaced, but a double-quantity of shampoo appeared. Biscuits appeared 50% of the days, drinking chocolate never re-appeared after the first day.
