We were pre warned about the scaffolding, which didn't bother me in the slightest.
What did bother me, was the room. Twin room, for me and my 11yr old son, who was equally as scathing as me spotting and pointing out every crack in the walls, every scrape mark and scuff, lights hanging off the wall, missing light bulbs. A door which did not feel secure once shut, TV which did not work, it only gave you one channel. The disco outside the hotel which could not be ignored due to the gap in the curtains, which meant our room lit up like we were there. And top it all off, no hot water for a shower in the morning!. I did mention the lack of hot water when checking out, to which the reply came "how strange!" Would not recommend this hotel at all!
