Late check in
Having phoned to say we would be late checking in as rushing to birmingham to visit our mother who had been rushed to hospital, I was told not to worry as 24 hour check in.
When we arrived the hotel was still very busy, but I had real trouble getting someone to come to reception, in the end I resorted to talking to the bar staff who tried very hard to ignore as I wasn't 'next'. Not a good arrival at just gone midnight!
Excellent Spa Break
After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive about booking The Belfry for a weekend break away with my boyfriend.
But I was pleasantly surprised. This place is beautiful & facilities great. The onsite club was a great night out, drinks were affordable & music was modern. Fire & Ice Spa is definitely worth the visit too.
We have discussed returning to The Belfry in the future.
