lovely setting and a hotel with loads of character
Very pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the hotel.
The buildings are lovely, the staff very helpful and the wine, food and cheese very tasty. We had the wine tour as part of our package and although it was in Spanish you are given notes in English. The presenter of the tour/talk obvioulsy is passionate about what Hacienda Zorita produces and it is also very informative. The only downside is that the bathroom of our room needed a little TLC - the shower head didn't work properly and the grouting around the bath was discoloured. However, these are minor issues and we have already recommned the place to friends, If you are golfers then if you stay, you qualify for a discount at at least one of the courses in the area.
