Ok for what you pay
A typical old style b&b type hotel.
Good for a 1 night stay near Bradford.
I don't care how cheap you want to go avoid this!
It's very rare that I actually complete a customer care feedback form.
However after a stay in this hotel I am prepared to make an exception. The hotelier was rude and unwelcoming from the moment he answered the door to the moment I left. A course in customer service and communication would not go amiss as I think with the right attitude and a bit of air conditioning this could be a great experience. The room was south facing and had the sun beating on it all day and on the hottest day of the year was incredibly uncomfortable. Needless to say I did not get much sleep that night. I bought this hotel room as a cheap last-minute alternative and will certainly not do so again.
