The Maple Lodge
I stayed here for 2 night's for a friend's wedding.
Blink and you might miss it from the road but once found it was handy to have the car park at the back. Mine was a double room for single occupancy. Room size was great, en suite lovely and a selection of tea, coffee and water in the room. The 4 poster bed with the crochet decoration I found a bit odd and makes the room feel smaller but that's just me. Breakfast selection was fantastic with friendly service and great portion sizes but if you're veggie (like me) giving them prior notice means they'll have veggie sausages for your breakfast. The only downside was the tea -far too weak.
Great for my needs
The staff were very accommodating and welcome was very friendly.
Good accommodation overall and the service for breakfast was excellent.
Location a little noisy RE traffic outside front of the house but not too disturbing.
