The Oyster Inn
Friendly staff, accommodation very nice.
2nd time overnight stay, different room this time
In comparison with our first stay 2 years ago I was surprised to realize that the mattress was not so comfortable anymore (I have a sensitive hip-could feel slightly the springs).
Huge shower with good flow but does not get above 45 degrees which is less when flow is high. I also noticed that the walls are thin but to their credit the house was quiet from 10pm despite having had bar visitors having a carry on outside our window in the "smoking/grill garden". Room was clean though had an old spiderweb hanging above my pillow which put me off a bit. Would visit again though. Lovely decorations in bar though they do not serve cocktails or certain alcoholic drinks we are used to. Football TV screen in bar, so you get the odd shout during a game.
