Felt like family

I arrived late Friday evening expecting a disabled room as this was requested on the late rooms site.

I found out there were no accessible rooms as only public spaces were accessible. I was distraught. However, the awesome Anne swapped me into a family room with a large shower, instead of the single room I had booked. She brought a stool in so I could sit in the shower. She brought an additional chair into the room so I could sit at all times, and even carried all my bags and luggage. I could not have been made more welcome or felt more looked after. Excellent.
