Aylwyne House

I came to stay at Aylwyne House while attending an interview at UEA.

We stayed overnight and the venue was clean, friendly and of a nice size. I enjoyed the visit, it was short and rather brief but everything was nicely looked after and in a good standard- the lady who greeted us was very friendly and provided us with maps to make our way tot he town centre, as well as recommending a few good places to eat on the way. I would say that although the doors seem thick enough to provide good security, they don't keep out noise at all. We were woken at 7am when other guests were leaving due to them all talking in the hallway- not a reflection on the hotel so much as the guests, but still relevant if you don't have to be up early- take some ear plugs with you if there are other guests. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and I would do it again.

Very friendly

A lovely welcome, friendly, clean, bright and quiet despite being on a main road into Norwich.
